About Our Company

Sensitive skin and eczema-prone skin has been a struggle for my children and I. During my childhood, I struggled with severe eczema that left me with unpleasant rashes, which led to a low self-esteem. Fast-forward years later, my husband and I birthed two beautiful children, Leah and Joshua, who both deal with occasional flare-ups from eczema. After tireless attempts to find a product that would alleviate the symptoms of eczema without any harsh chemicals, I researched and found a healthy and natural alternative that I created right in our home. 

Through this natural product, I was able to learn more about eczema and how to manage it, so that my children would not have to go through the same things I went through with this skin condition. I found that I enjoyed creating natural products from scratch, so my husband and I adventured into creating more natural products. Our faith in God and our family birthed J.L Essentials into a company that provides natural essentials for everyday use made in Reidsville, North Carolina.
