Shipping policy

At J.L Essentials, LLC, all products are handcrafted in small batches and made based on each customer’s preferences. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

Orders placed on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) will be processed and dispatched on Tuesdays.


Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. We ship using trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.


Order Processing & Fulfillment

Processing time does not include transit time. Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

J.L Essentials, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. If a package is marked as delivered to the address provided and cannot be recovered, a replacement or reshipment will require an additional shipping charge.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

J.L Essentials, LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to provide tracking information to assist with this process.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can correct the issue promptly.


Returns & Refunds (Shipping-Related)

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
