Refund policy

Due to the fact that all products are custom made according to the customers preference, all sales are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.

Shipping Damage: In the case of damage to products from shipping, please email us at info@jlessentialsco.com along with a picture of the damage. Email must be sent within 24 hours of delivery.
